Precision & data
Know the field, not the average
Most fields get one rate across the whole thing. The thin ground gets more than it can use, the good ground gets less than it deserves, and you pay for both.
Work it through on a real field
This is a 15 hectare field near Alveley, split four ways on soil type and three years of yield data. Move the slider and see what one flat rate actually costs you.

How we build the map
Nothing mysterious, and no hardware for you to buy.
- Step 1Pull what existsYield data, soil sampling, and anything your agronomist already holds. Most farms have more than they think, sitting in a terminal nobody has plugged into for two years.
- Step 2Walk the groundMaps only tell you so much. We look at the headlands, the wet corners and the bits that always go backwards, because you already know where they are.
- Step 3Agree the zonesYou see the map and the rates before anything is applied. If a zone looks wrong to you, it probably is — you have farmed it longer than we have.
- Step 4Apply and recordThe sprayer follows the map. You get the as-applied record back, and it is yours to keep.
Worth knowing
Does variable rate always save money?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. If you already spread a modest flat rate across even ground, it may move very little. It pays where the field varies, and we will tell you honestly whether yours does.
Do I need special kit?
Not on your side. Our sprayer reads the application map. You need nothing beyond the field data, and if you have none we can start from soil type and satellite imagery.
Who owns the maps?
You do. They are your fields. If you stop using us, the maps and the as-applied records go with you, in a format you can open without our software.
Can it work with my agronomist’s recommendations?
Yes. Plenty of farms keep their agronomist for the recommendation and use us for the application. We are not trying to displace anybody who is doing a good job.
What about drone surveying?
We do not offer it. It is something we would build towards rather than something you can book today, and we will not advertise a service we cannot deliver.
Want to see it on your ground?
Send us a field and whatever data you already have. We’ll tell you honestly whether variable rate is likely to pay on your fields, including when the answer is no.
