What we collect, and when

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your location, and whatever you write in the message. We do not collect anything else about you and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. That is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, and performance of a contract once there is one.

What we do not do

• We do not add you to a mailing list.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
• We do not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.

Who else sees it

Our email provider, because the enquiry reaches us as an email, and our website host. Both act on our instructions and neither uses your details for anything of their own. If you go ahead with work, our accountant may see invoicing details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work: two years, so we can pick up a conversation you started. Records relating to work we did: seven years, because tax law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — emailhello@eabagri.co.uk and we will deal with it within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

The spray forecast

The forecast on this site is fetched by your browser directly from Open-Meteo, a third-party weather service. That request carries your IP address to them, as any web request does. We do not send them anything about you and we do not receive anything about you from them. Your chosen location is remembered only in your own browser for the length of your visit.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the page.
