Applied accurately
Crop spraying and chemical supply across south Shropshire. Advice you can question, application you can check, and a record you can hand to an auditor.

One — the plan
It starts before the sprayer moves
We walk the ground, look at the cropping, and ask what has caused trouble before. Most fields are farmed to a pattern, and the pattern tells you more than a soil test will.
What comes out of it is a plan for the year: what goes on, roughly when, and what we are watching for. It is not binding and it is not charged for.
- What we look at
- Cropping, rotation, field boundaries
- What we ask you
- Where the trouble spots are
- What it costs
- Nothing — the walk is free
- When
- Before drilling, or whenever you take us on

Two — the product
Told straight, including when the answer is no
BASIS-qualified advice on what to apply. That includes telling you when a product will not do what it says on the tin in your situation.
We supply the chemical too, so the recommendation and the product come from one place — charged at cost plus a stated margin, not hidden in the application price.
We do
- Recommend, and explain the reasoning
- Supply the product with the job
- Work to the label, every time
We don’t
- FACTS-qualified fertiliser advice
- Sell you something you don’t need
- Hide the margin on the chemical

Three — the pass
Kit we have run ourselves
A 3,000 litre self-propelled and a 24 metre trailed machine, both washed down after every job. Timing is called on the day, not the diary.
- Tank
- 3,000 litres
- Boom
- 24 metres
- Section control
- Yes — overlap isn’t paid for twice
- Variable rate
- Where there’s a map to drive it

Four — the record
You keep the map and the record
Every pass is logged and sent to you in a form your assurance scheme will accept. It is your data. If you stop using us, you take it with you.
- What went on
- Product and rate
- Conditions
- Wind, temperature, Delta T
- Where
- Field, area treated
- When you get it
- Same week as the pass
The detail, without the phone call
The things a farmer would otherwise have to ring and ask. Your season will differ — this is the shape of it.
| Stage | When | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | Before drilling, or when you take us on | Boundaries, cropping, past trouble |
| Recommend | Ahead of each timing | A yes, or a question |
| Supply | With the recommendation | Nothing, unless you’d rather source it |
| Apply | In the window, weather allowing | Access, water, a call if anything’s changed |
| Record | Same week | Nothing — you get it either way |
How it’s priced
- By the acre
- Straightforward passes on straightforward ground.
- By the job
- Awkward fields or small blocks, where an acre rate wouldn’t be fair on either side.
- By the season
- The whole cropping year, planned ahead and invoiced predictably.
Product is charged separately, so you can see what the chemical costs and what the application costs. Always in writing before we start.

Questions we get asked
How quickly can you get to us?
It depends on the season and the weather. What we will do is tell you honestly when we can be there, rather than promise a day we cannot hold.
Can we supply our own chemical?
Yes, and plenty of farms do. We will still advise on what to apply and when, and the application is priced on its own.
Do you do variable rate?
Where there is a map to drive it, yes — the thin ground and the good ground get what each needs. We do not charge for it as an extra where the map already exists.
How far do you travel?
South Shropshire and the borders, week in and week out — Bridgnorth, Alveley and the ground around them. Further afield depends on the size of the job, so ring and ask rather than assume.
Is it fit to spray this week?
Wind, gusts, temperature and Delta T for the next seven days are on the spray forecast, with the best window flagged. Guidance only — the label always wins. Open the 7-day spray forecast →
Tell us about your ground
What you’re growing, roughly how many acres, and when you need it done. We’ll come back with a written price.
