Two ways to do it
Which suits depends on whether you want the money now or the best price. We’ll tell you honestly which we think it is.
- Quickest
We buy it outright
You get a figure and the machine goes. No waiting, no viewings on your yard, no messing about with tyre-kickers.
- One price, agreed up front
- We collect it
- Paid on collection
- Suits kit you want gone before the season
- Usually more money
We sell it for you
The machine stays with you until it sells. We photograph it, write the advert, list it and field every enquiry.
- You keep the machine until it’s sold
- We handle photographs, advert and enquiries
- Listed here and across the farming groups
- Commission agreed before we start
How it works
Four steps, and no obligation at any point.
- Step oneTell usFill in the form below or ring. What it is, roughly how old, hours if you know them, and a couple of photographs.
- Step twoWe come backWe’ll give you a figure to buy it outright, or what we’d expect it to make if we sell it for you. No obligation either way.
- Step threeWe look at itIf it’s worth going further, we’ll come and see it, or you bring it here. Terms are agreed in writing before anything moves.
- Step fourIt sellsBought outright, you’re paid on collection. Sold on your behalf, you’re paid once the buyer’s money has cleared.
Tell us what you’ve got
Five fields and a couple of photographs is enough to get a figure. Anything you don’t know, leave blank.
Photographs help us give you a proper figure rather than a guess — phone snaps are fine. Send them to hello@eabagri.co.uk once you have sent the form, or bring them up when we ring.
What we’re looking for
Always in the market for these. If yours isn’t on the list, ask anyway — we sell a broad mix.
- Trailed sprayers
- 100–150hp tractors
- Tipping trailers
- Fuel and water bowsers
- Cultivation kit
- Loader attachments
- Plant trailers
Buying from us as well? Part exchange is considered against most machines in stock — it usually works out better for both of us than two separate deals.
Questions we get asked
What does it cost to sell through you?
If we buy the machine outright there’s no cost — you get the figure we agree. If we sell it on your behalf, commission is agreed in writing before we list it, so you know exactly what you will be left with.
How long does it take?
Bought outright, it can be gone within the week. Sold on your behalf depends entirely on the machine and the time of year — we’ll give you an honest view rather than a promise.
Do you have to collect it?
Not if we’re selling on your behalf — the machine stays with you until it sells, which means you can carry on using it in the meantime.
Will you give me a valuation?
Yes, and there’s no charge. We won’t put a time promise on it, because a proper figure sometimes means making a couple of calls first.
What if it doesn’t sell?
Then it doesn’t sell, and you’ve lost nothing — you’ve still got the machine. We’ll tell you honestly if we think the price needs to move, and you decide.
